The mission of PROSA — Produtos e Serviços Agrícolas, S.A. is to create economic and social value by adding value to the work of our partner growers through quality services, efficient use of resources and innovation, with a commitment to environmental sustainability and waste reduction, while ensuring high food safety standards.
We receive, grade, store and pack fruit from our own orchards and from selected growers. Our work contributes to the development of Portuguese fruit growing.

History
Two decades growing with Portuguese fruit, and starting again when we had to.
2006
Facilities open in Marco de Canaveses. 2,500 tonnes of cold-storage capacity, dedicated exclusively to kiwifruit.
Later
Diversification. Peaches, nectarines and cherries join our range.
2024
Fire and commitment. A fire completely destroys the facilities. On 26 June 2024, PROSA commits to its growers and customers to rebuild.
Today
New facilities. Rebuilt more modern and more efficient, with solar power generation and 5,500 tonnes of cold-storage capacity. We carry on together.
