2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, country, subject and message, as well as any other information you choose to include (for example, a CV). We do not collect data through tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- Replying to enquiries and commercial requests: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and PROSA's legitimate interest in replying to people who contact it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Assessing job applications: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Keeping your application for future recruitment depends on your consent.
4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and requests that do not lead to further business: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Job applications: up to 1 year after receipt, unless you consent to a longer period.
- If the contact leads to a business or employment relationship, the data will be kept for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our service providers, acting solely on PROSA's behalf and instructions: Hostinger (website hosting) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email service), and disclosed to authorities where required by law. Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards set out in the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, write to geral@prosa.pt. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and requests are received in a restricted-access mailbox. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
8. Cookies and external services
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. To display fonts, your browser connects to Google Fonts servers, which may log your IP address. The "View on map" button opens Google Maps in a new tab, subject to Google's privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy whenever necessary. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
